Today, we are officially announcing Branch’s Premier Partnership with Adobe. As the practice of marketing relies increasingly on technology, the Adobe Experience Cloud has become the gold standard for marketing technology stacks. Branch is proud to have earned Adobe’s trust and to have their endorsement as the preferred deep linking technology partner.
Branch’s industry-leading mobile linking technology complements Adobe Experience Cloud by ensuring optimal digital experiences from any consumer touchpoint across channels, platforms, and devices. Adobe enables brands to deliver personalized messages, but that personalization and targeting goes wasted if it doesn’t provide consumers with the most relevant content on their preferred platform.
As mobile continues to grow and dominate consumer behavior, mobile apps have also increasingly become the preferred platform. Businesses see higher conversion and retention rates from app users. However, it has always been a challenge to ensure that consumers always go to the app from all marketing channels. That’s where Branch comes into play with the most robust deep linking technology in the industry.
Enhancing the consumer experience is just half of the benefit of our integration with Adobe Experience Cloud. Branch also complements Adobe Analytics to bring more data into the advanced reporting for which marketers depend on Analytics. Branch data can be easily exported from the Branch dashboard and then be utilized in Analytics to enhance cohort and LTV analyses, customer segmentation, and audience creation, just to name a few. For example, if a marketer has some key in-app activities they want to track and see which marketing channels drove those activities, Branch links can supply the critical source attribution from ads, email, social, mobile web and more and make it available right in your Adobe dashboard (see below).
Lastly, thanks to Branch’s attribution, the link graph of users can be maintained across all marketing channels and matched to the Adobe ID that clients rely on to unify their view of consumers. Branch’s attribution is the only deterministic way to identify consumers as they navigate between web and app. It provides more accurate and durable information when compared to the probabilistic basic point-in-time modeling technology used by many app-only attribution companies.
